I’m Jon Bishop, a curious, creative technologist with a passion for pushing boundaries, especially where tech meets human connection.

I’ve always just wanted to build things that engage, simplify and bring a bit of value.

I started in the early days of the internet and I’ve never stopped exploring. I believe in challenging what seems settled, then making a clearer, more useful thing.

My career has been anything but linear, but there’s a common thread: I’m drawn to the unknown and finding my own truth. From web development and AI to immersive experiences and social platforms, I’m driven by a love of creation without pretense or limitations.

New Hampshire home with a good dog.

My wife and I made our way east after time in Colorado. We spend free weekends finding new trails, favorite coffee stops, and dog-friendly places for our black Lab, Sammy.

Hobbies

Games, music and the in-between.

I’m a lifelong gamer and a curious tinkerer. When I’m not making things on the web, I’m probably chasing a great show, a new playlist, or a place worth exploring.

Family

Half Puerto Rican, fully grateful.

I’m half Puerto Rican on my mom’s side, with family still on the island. Some of my favorite moments are when we all get to see each other. My entire family has been a grounding force for who I am.

This site has been evolving for as long as I’ve been posting. It began with hand-built pages, then shifted with each new thing I learned—from early social marketing and WordPress to a practice rooted in strategy, coding, and creative technology.

These days, while I still cover WordPress occasionally, my focus is on creative technology, AI, and the experiments that keep this field fresh. You might still come across old posts about those early plugins, but today, my blog reflects what I find most interesting now.
